About this website
ROVATUS is presented here as Rovatus Demo Workshop, a fictional auto-service business in Austin, Texas. This template demonstrates service information and appointment-request flows. Team profiles, reviews, case studies, offers and warranty examples are illustrative.

Service information and estimates
Displayed starting prices are sample amounts in US dollars. They are not a binding estimate. In the example workflow, vehicle inspection determines the scope, parts, labour and any taxes or additional charges. The customer receives an itemised estimate before authorising work.

Appointment requests
Choosing a date or time expresses a preference in Austin (Central Time), not live availability. A request is not an appointment until the workshop confirms it. Opening an email draft does not send it. The demo form requires an activated destination before it can be used for real enquiries.

Changes to a visit
In this example, customers contact the workshop as soon as they need to change or cancel a visit, preferably at least 24 hours beforehand. No cancellation fee is established by this demo. A real workshop must state its own scheduling and cancellation conditions before accepting bookings.

Work and service terms
The example process requires customer approval before work starts or the estimate changes. Payment arrangements and any warranty coverage are supplied with the written estimate. Promotional codes, turnaround times and 12- or 24-month warranty examples are not actual commitments. The assistant offers general service guidance and cannot diagnose a vehicle or confirm that it is safe to drive.
